Submitting a notice

Counter-notices

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district.

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.
